Raul Estravit is the managing principal at Encore, He has vast experience in the world of Litigation and Trial Technology. Raul started out his legal career as a Paralegal working on the world changing Trial of MCI v AT&T. The legal team and his efforts on this trial led to the opening up of the cell phone industry throughout the world. He was recruited by Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and became the Senior Litigation Paralegal. Raul was one of  the very first professionals in Los Angeles County to employ and use what is now termed Litigation Support in several large scale cases including The Exxon Valdez Oil Spill and the American Airlines Anti Trust Matter.  His work on the Valdez matter became a focal point at the Senate hearings in Washington where Raul produced and displayed documents, and photos taken by Raul while on board the ship a week after that fateful day.  Raul has successfully managed large scale litigation productions through the use of E-Discovery to U.S. and foreign governments. His experience in the use trial technology that has brought him across the globe. His Paralegal background has made him into a hybrid professional between the legal and technology worlds, allowing him to anticipate the needs of attorneys as they venture through the maze of litigation support and trial technology.  Raul has "Hot Seated" and Managed over 500 cases thoughout his career.
